Our journey begins with the procurement of the finest Sona Masoori paddy, grown in the fertile regions of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, and Uttar Pradesh. Working closely with local farmers and trusted aggregators, we ensure only the best raw material enters our facility. Once received, the paddy is subjected to a multi-phase parboiling process, which involves soaking, steaming, drying, and milling. During soaking, the paddy is immersed in hot water tanks for several hours, allowing the grain to absorb moisture. It is then exposed to controlled steam, which causes natural nutrients — including thiamine, iron, and magnesium — to migrate from the husk and bran into the starchy center of the rice. This results in grains that are not only nutritionally superior but also structurally stronger.
 

Once steamed, the rice is dried using advanced furnace- or steam-based dryers to reduce the moisture content to optimal levels (~14%). Drying ensures preservation, reduces microbial risks, and enhances shelf stability, making the rice highly suitable for long-distance export and long-term storage. The golden hue that defines parboiled rice is a natural result of this unique process, not artificial coloring — a sign of nutrient retention and gentle heat treatment.
 

Following parboiling and drying, the rice enters our fully automated milling unit, which is designed to meet both domestic and international food safety standards. Our milling line includes advanced paddy cleaners, de-stoners, rubber roll shellers, husk separators, polishers, graders, and state-of-the-art AI-powered color sorters. These systems ensure that only uniform, flawless grains make it to the final packaging stage. We prioritize hygiene and efficiency at every stage, using semi-automated bagging, weighing, labeling, and sealing machines to pack rice in convenient sizes (1kg, 5kg, 25kg, 50kg, or bulk options). Packaging is designed to preserve freshness and resist external contamination during transport.
 

From quality control labs that check for moisture content, grain length, percentage of brokens, and polish levels, to skilled technical teams that operate and oversee every department, KSI EXPORT is structured for excellence. We have built a manufacturing ecosystem supported by robust utilities, including water treatment systems, steam boilers, electricity backup, and a well-trained workforce consisting of managers, operators, engineers, and logistics staff. A typical facility like ours is capable of processing 20–80 tons of paddy per hour, producing 15–60+ tons of finished rice per day, ensuring scalability and reliability even for bulk export clients.
 

Nutritionally, our Parboiled Sona Masoori Rice stands out for its balanced profile. Per 100g serving, it delivers approximately 350–370 kcal, 78–80g of carbohydrates, 6–8g of protein, minimal fat, and valuable micronutrients like iron, calcium, potassium, and B vitamins. Thanks to its low glycemic index, it is a healthier choice for people managing blood sugar levels. The grain's harder texture (when dry) and its fluffy yet firm consistency after cooking make it highly versatile — perfect for both everyday meals and gourmet dishes. It is widely used in traditional South Indian cuisine (pongal, curd rice, lemon rice), while also suiting international recipes such as pilafs, rice bowls, and fusion dishes.
